Choate Ultimate Sniper Stock for Savage Short Action Rifles
This high performance stock was designed by US Army Major John Plaster.
Will not fit new Savage Rifles with bolt release in the trigger guard or Savage rifles with detachable magazine. Will not fit Savage MODEL LRPV 3 bolt action.
There will be a 3/16 gap under the safety on all the Savage Varmint, Tactical and Sniper stocks. The action should only touch on the V of the bedding block and back of the recoil lug. The gap at the back is normal for Savage actions when installed in these stocks. Will not fit Savage AXIS models.
Color is Olive Drab Green. Fits Accutrigger.

These are the distances between the two receiver screws: Savage short action 4.275 or 4.411, long action 5.062
This stock is for 4.275 inch hole axis spacing only.
(MEASURE YOUR HOLE SPACING BEFORE YOU ORDER A STOCK)
If you have the new Savage Centerfeed Model 10, the receiver screw holes will be 4.411 inches apart, and you must use the 220615 "Centerfeed" Sniper Ultimate stock. This stock is for 4.275 inch hole axis spacing only.
